The house admits observers under these terms. The Seer watches; he does not forecast. No line on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice.
The house
Pumpstradamus (at pumpstradamus.com) is a paper study and house of observation. You use the site at your own judgment.
Access
Pumpstradamus is free to use once you sign in. Some parts are still being built. Access to any floor is access to tools, not advice. Operator-minted or token-gated access is a door key, not a performance claim.
Support
Support for the house buys no access, no seat, and no advice. Pumpstradamus LLC is not a charity. Support is not tax-deductible. We don't charge for anything right now. If that ever changes, we'll update these terms and tell you before you pay. Stripe processes support payments for the house and keeps those payment records under its own legal duties.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, break doors you were not given, or present Seer output as a forecast or as personalised investment advice.
Market data
Market data may be provided under license (including Twelve Data Internal Use / no redistribution, or your own keys where BYO applies). Do not redistribute licensed data except as your license allows.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for trading losses, decisions you make, or third-party outages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Venue lies in the state or federal courts in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
